Unhappy Meal: Texas Waiter Opens Fire After Argument With Customer

SAN ANTONIO (CBSLA.com) — The lunch rush turned downright dangerous Wednesday, when a waiter fired several shots after arguing with a customer about an order.

It's not clear what went wrong with the order, or the food, at the Little Red Barn steakhouse.

Witnesses say a customer hit the waiter several times.

The waiter got a gun and fired several shots into the ceiling, sending customers and restaurant staff running.

No one was hit.

Police say the waiter and the customer could face charges.
