Ukrainian TV Reporter Faces Restraining Order After Alleged Attack On Brad Pitt

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The Ukrainian television reporter who allegedly attacked Brad Pitt at the "Maleficent" premiere Wednesday night is now facing a restraining order.

Vitalii Sediuk was arrested after rushing the red carpet and making "contact" with Pitt's face.

Sediuk was booked for misdemeanor battery.

Police also imposed a five-day restraining order requiring him to stay away from the prolific actor and producer.

Pitt can go to court to have it extended.

Sediuk is known for his antics on the red carpet.

Earlier this month, Sediuk stuck his head under actress America Ferrera's gown at the Cannes Film Festival.

At the SAG Awards in January, Sediuk dropped to his knees to hug Bradley Cooper.

When Sediuk tried to kiss Will Smith at the "Men in Black 3" premiere in Moscow, Smith slapped him.
