UC Irvine Police Looking For Indecent Exposure, Burglary Suspect

IRVINE (CBSLA.com) – Police at the UC Irvine are hoping the public can help them identify an indecent exposure and burglary suspect.

On Wednesday, shortly before 10 p.m., officials said a student reported an unknown man had broken into his bedroom.

The student reported hearing noises coming from the living room. The intruder allegedly entered the bedroom and exposed himself to the resident, who then chased the suspect out of the apartment.

UCI Police Department officers quickly arrived and searched the area, but the suspect was not located.

The suspect is described as Asian male in his 20s with black hair, about 5-foot-5 and 150 pounds. The suspect is clean-shaven, ad was wearing a royal blue long-sleeved shirt and dark pants. The victim was able to capture a photograph of the man as he fled.
