Transient In Custody For Passing Out Child Pornography

LA PUENTE (CBSLA) — A transient who was wanted for passing out child pornography downloaded from the Internet has surrendered to police.
An arrest warrant was issued for 49-year-old Paul Erwin Black, Jr in connection with downloading and distributing images of child pornography.
Black surrendered at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center Thursday afternoon.
