Toyota Recalls 6.4M Vehicles Worldwide

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Toyota has announced one of the largest car recalls in history involving more than six million vehicles across the globe.

Parts affecting several different functions, including steering and seats, may be compromised.

The company says 27 models, including the Corolla, Rav 4 and Highlander are being recalled.

However, there have been no reports of crashes or injuries related to the recall.
