Tom Sizemore Arrested On Suspicion Of Domestic Violence

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Los Angeles police say they have arrested Tom Sizemore on suspicion of felony domestic violence.

Officer Jane Kim says the actor was arrested Tuesday morning and is being held on $50,000 bail. Kim says she cannot reveal any details about the alleged victim or the severity of any injuries.

The 54-year-old actor has battled serious substance abuse problems over the years but has recently been working on the upcoming television series "Shooter."

Sizemore starred in films such as "Saving Private Ryan" and "Black Hawk Down," but his career sputtered after several arrests.

In 2003, he was convicted of assault and battery on his ex-girlfriend Heidi Fleiss.

Sizemore's arrest was first reported Tuesday by celebrity website TMZ.
