Dong-Hyun Huh, 46, of Norwalk, who Los Angeles County Sheriff's officials identified as a professor at Grace Mission University in Fullerton, was arrested Tuesday in connection with two incidents on Sept. 15.

In one incident, authorities say he pulled in front of a a 34-year-old woman jogging in Cerritos and called her to the vehicle. When she approached the vehicle, she saw he had his pants down and was fully exposed, police said. She walked away and reported the incident.

Cerritos detectives determined that a second similar incident happened about an hour later the same day, in nearby Artesia. A 19-year-old woman was called over to a sport utility vehicle and the driver had his genitals exposed as he masturbated, authorities said. She got away and called the Lakewood Sheriff's Station.

Investigators identified Huh as the suspect and the vehicle as a white 2017 Lexus NX.

According to Grace Mission University's website, Huh was listed as a full-time member of the faculty, teaching church planting, evangelism, music and intercultural studies as of Wednesday morning. A staffer at the university said Huh quit his job Wednesday, and described him as a good Christian man and that they did not believe the allegations against him.

Huh has since been freed from jail after posting $30,000 bail, but detectives say they believe he may have more victims. Anyone with information about Huh or who believe they are a victim can contact Detective R. Clinkingbeard at (562) 860-0044.
