LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) - A second grader in Central Pennsylvania who helped design a police department's newest ride says she's hoping to bring some happiness to the streets.

Students at Yorkshire Elementary School got a sneak peak of the new Springettsbury Township police car on May 21.

Tuleya McGovern's brightly colored design was chosen from five finalists. Her message? The world needs love.

The STPD hopes to make this an annual contest, rotating between its two school districts of York Suburban and Central York while helping to rotate its fleet of vehicles.
