Temecula Man, 23, Arrested In Woman's Fatal Stabbing

TEMECULA (CBSLA.com) — A 23-year-old man was arrested for allegedly stabbing a woman to death in Temecula.

Jonathan Kim, of Temecula, has been booked for the murder of 21-year-old Wilysha Gardner.

Officers found the victim dead inside a home in the 27000 block of Nellie Court May 15.

A resident in the area called to report that they were following a person who had fled the scene.

A short time later, the suspect was apprehended at a nearby shopping center.

Last week, authorities said Kim was linked to another stabbing in Temecula, which also occurred last Thursday. The woman in that case survived.
