Taco Bell Giving Out Free Tacos Thanks To Francisco Lindor's Stolen Base

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Earlier this year, Taco Bell offered free tacos if a player in the World Series stole a base.

Thanks to Cleveland Indians shortstop Francisco Lindor, the fast food chain will be carrying out their promise Wednesday from 2-6 p.m.

In the bottom of the first inning of Game 1 of the Fall Classic, Lindor was able to swipe second, leading to a 6-0 win over the Chicago Cubs.

Under the deal, participating Taco Bell locations will hand out a free Doritos Locos Taco.

This is the fifth time Taco Bell has run this promotion since 2007.
