Police: 'Foot Fetish' Burglar Arrested In String Of Rialto Break-Ins

RIALTO (CBSLA.com) — Police have arrested a man suspected in burglaries with a reported foot fetish.

Arnold Collins, 40, was nabbed last week on a burglary warrant.

Police believe he's connected to a string of break-ins around Rialto.

Collins served 16 years in jail for prior crimes that included sneaking into bedrooms while residents slept to tickle their feet.

He was recently released from prison.
