Suspected Bank Robber Wanted By FBI

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The FBI asked the public's help Friday to find a man they say has been linked to a series of robberies and attempted robberies at several banks throughout Los Angeles County.

A federal arrest warrant has been issued for Gregory Lynn Cross, 58, who has been linked to several bank robberies since mid-December.

Cross is suspected of robbing banks in Burbank and Long each, and of making attempts at banks in Santa Fe Springs, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Artesia and Cerritos, FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said.

Cross is described as a black man, about 5-foot-11 and 250 pounds.
