SKY2 reports a male was handcuffed by police in the Highland area at approximately 5:30 p.m.

The suspect, driving a white pick-up truck, had led police on a chase at over 100mph on the southbound 215 before the vehicle was hit by a spike strip, knocking out tires on its left side.
