Suspect In Brawl Outside Roosevelt Hotel On Halloween Wanted By Police

HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — Police asked for the public's help Tuesday in finding a man they say seriously injured another man in a fight outside the Roosevelt Hotel on Halloween.

A man was punched several times in the face and body and kicked in the head during a fight in an alley at Orange Drive and Hollywood Boulevard outside the Roosevelt Hotel on Oct. 31, Los Angeles police officials said.

The victim was seriously injured, police said.

The suspect, who was last seen running eastbound towards Highland Avenue, was described as a Hispanic man about 30 to 35 years old, between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-9 and weighing between 170 to 190 pounds. He wore BDU (battle dress uniform)-style black pants, military-style black boots, a dark watch on his left wrist and had numerous tattoos covering his back and arms.
