Knife-Wielding Man Dies In Officer-Involved Shooting In Colton

COLTON (CBSLA) — A man is deceased from an officer-involved shooting in Colton.

The incident happened at San Bernardino Avenue and Christobal Lane at around 12:15 p.m. Saturday.

Police said they were called to the location following a report of a domestic situation involving a family member who was reportedly off their medication.

Authorities said the man was wielding a kitchen knife and refused to drop it touching off the OIS.
