Stolen SUV Suspect Chased From LA To Buena Park
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The CHP chased a stolen SUV suspect on the 10 and 5 Freeways Wednesday from Los Angeles to Buena Park.
The suspect, driving a blue Chevy Tahoe, was southbound on the 10 and 5 for about 45 minutes.
It was unclear where the chase originated, but police with the LAPD southwest division also reportedly initiated the pursuit.
KCAL9's Stu Mundel said the pursuit ended in Buena Park just before 10:15 p.m.
The suspect was ordered to the ground and placed in handcuffs. A passenger was also detained.
The suspect reportedly paid for the vehicle with a fraudulent check, authorities said.
