Stolen Car Chase Ends With At-Large Suspect Slamming Into Fire Hydrant

VAN NUYS (CBSLA)  —  A stolen car chase suspect is at-large after he slammed into a fire hydrant, causing water to cascade.

The chase ended at Gaviota and Saticoy in Van Nuys.

The suspect was described as a Latino adult wearing blue jeans and a black shirt.

It was unclear where the chase began or how long it had been going before the crash.
