Sources For ET: Steve Harvey May Host Miss Universe Again

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — It looks like Steve Harvey may return as host of the Miss Universe pageant next year, according to published reports.

Harvey, according to an Entertainment Tonight source, reportedly signed a multi-year deal days before he mistakenly crowned Miss Colombia with the title.

Despite the gaffe, one of the show's producer's reportedly said the TV host is more than welcome back.

Following the mistake, Harvey tweeted out an apology.

"I'd like to apologize wholeheartedly to Miss Colombia & Miss Philippines for my huge mistake," he wrote. "I feel terrible."
