Social Media Lights Up Amid News That St. Louis Rams Will Relocate To Inglewood

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Social media lit up Tuesday after the NFL approved the move to relocate the St. Louis Rams to Los Angeles.

"I still remember sitting at the Rose Bowl in 1980 watching the Rams play in the Super Bowl. Went to my last game in 1994. #welcomehomerams," tweeted LA Mayor Eric Garcetti.

Legendary NFL running back Eric Dickerson and Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers also took to Twitter.

Reaction, though, was mixed online with many fans expressing their dismay.
