Snoop Dogg: LeBron May Be Going Home, But Kobe Never Left

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Los Angeles Lakers fan Snoop Dogg seems to have an opinion about LeBron James' return to Cleveland.

The rapper posted a photo on social media Friday seemingly in response to James' announcement to return to the Cavaliers.

James announced he has decided to go home to join the franchise that drafted him in 2003 in an Instagram post and Sports Illustrated article around 9:30 a.m.

"King James" posted a picture of himself in a Cavs jersey with the words "I'M COMING HOME."

About an hour later, Snoop uploaded a picture to Instagram and Twitter of Lakers' Kobe Bryant with the words "I NEVER LEFT." referring to the Black Mamba's 18-year commitment to Los Angeles.

James spent his first seven NBA seasons in Cleveland before leaving for the Miami Heat where he went to the NBA Finals four times, winning two championships.
