Sketch Released Of Man Trying To Shoot 'Upskirt' Video Of Women At Cal State Northridge

NORTHRIDGE (CBSLA.com) — Police at Cal State Northridge have issued a warning about a man apparently trying to shoot "upskirt" videos of women on the campus.

A woman reported Monday at about 1 p.m. that while she was sitting at a desk in the Oviatt Library, studying, she felt something push on her ankle, police said. When she looked under the desk, she saw a man kneeling with a cell phone in hand extended toward her.

The man apparently tried again a short time later, the woman reported to police.

The suspect was described a black man in his early 20s, between 5-feet-7 and 6 feet tall and 150 to 170 pounds.

Anyone who may have been a victim or has information about the suspect can call CSUN PD at (818) 677-3826 or (818) 677-6919.
