Silver Alert Issued For Missing 86-Year-Old Monrovia Man

MONROVIA (CBSLA) — The California Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert for a missing 86-year-old man from Monrovia.

Robert Moore, 86, was last seen around 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon and is believed to be on foot.

He is 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 190 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.

Authorities reported that he was last seen wearing all black clothing and a top hat.
