Sig Alert Issued After Work Truck Overturns On 210 East Freeway

IRWINDALE (CBSLA.com) — A Sig Alert was issued after a large work truck overturned on the eastbound 210 freeway.

Two large cranes were on scene, where the No. 3 and No. 4 lanes were closed for the vehicle's recovery.

The Sig Alert affected those two lanes, plus the No. 2 lane, causing traffic on the eastbound 210 freeway to become backed up.

As of 8 p.m., the HOV and No. 1 lanes were open, while the other three lanes remained closed.

The circumstances of the accident were under investigation.
