Several Detained After 2 Shot Outside Hookah Lounge
BUENA PARK (AP) — Authorities in Orange County say several people were detained after two people were wounded in a shooting outside a Buena Park hookah lounge.
Buena Park police say officers responding to reports of gunfire found the victims in a parking lot early Sunday.
Officials say suspects fled in a car and made it into neighboring Anaheim before the chase ended when the car broke down.
Police say at least five people were detained, including one who tried to run and was chased down by officers.
The victims are expected to survive, according to reports.
Investigators have not released details of the shooting.
