Second Story Balcony Collapses In Long Beach
LONG BEACH (CBSLA.com) — The second story balcony of a building in Long Beach collapsed Friday.
The Long Beach Fire Department received a call around 7:30 a.m. about the incident that took place at 3122 Los Coyotes Diagonal, officials said.
The building was evacuated and no injuries were reported.
A few miles away, a roof collapsed at a shoe shop at 662 Newport Ave. Fire officials said a clogged drain caused rain buildup on the roof, which resulted in the collapse.
