San Francisco Man Creates Website To Expose Texting Drivers
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A San Francisco man hopes a little humiliation will make drivers put down their phones.
Brian Singer created the site TWIT Spotting, so anyone can post pictures of drivers caught texting behind the wheel.
Some of the photos are now plastered on 11 billboards across the Bay Area.
All the photos taken by Singer were done while he was riding as a passenger, which he urges others to do, as well.
