San Clemente Man Charged With Sexual Battery Of 2 Women At Massage Parlor

NEWPORT BEACH (CBSLA.com) — Officials sought the public's help Friday to identify additional victims of a 51-year-old massage therapist accused of inappropriately touching two women at a San Clemente massage parlor.

According to the Orange County District Attorney's Office, Ping Li, of San Clemente, was charged with four misdemeanor counts of sexual battery.

Between June 4 and Oct. 4, Li is accused of inappropriately touching a coworker and a client on four separate occasions, the district attorney explained.

During the the crimes, Li owned and operated Massage Clover and worked as a licensed massage therapist.

According to deputies, the victims had reported the crimes to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, who investigated the case.

If convicted, Li faces a maximum sentence of two years in jail and an $8,000 fine.

Li is currently out of custody on $100,000 bail.

He is scheduled to be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. on Monday in Newport Beach.
