Riverside Man Arrested For Allegedly Posing As Amazon Employee To Lure Woman Into Car

RIVERSIDE (CBSLA.com) — A Riverside man is under arrest after investigators say he lured a young woman into his car, posing as an Amazon employee.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department believes there may be more victims.

The teen girl reportedly had been talking to Aaron Vera, 22, on the app "Meet Me" last month when she was looking for a job.

Investigators say Vera went by the name Jay Delgado and claimed he worked for Amazon.

He set up a lunch interview with the girl where he allegedly tried to lure her into his car.

There was a struggle and the girl managed to jump out.

Police later arrested Vera and seized his computer to find out if there are other potential victims.
