Standoff Ends In Rancho Palos Verdes

RANCHO PALOS VERDES (CBSLA) — A sheriff's SWAT was on the scene Monday in a Rancho Palos Verdes neighborhood, where a person had been barricaded in a home.
Sheriff's deputies were sent to the 6500 block of Sea Cove Drive at about 8 a.m.

Some evacuations were ordered as a precaution. The person at the focus of the standoff was captured, a the sheriff's SWAT team left the neighborhood just before noon.
