Rams Expand Ticket Sales For Cowboys Exhibition Game
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The Rams are expanding the number of tickets being sold for Saturday's exhibition game against the Cowboys -- the first NFL game in Los Angeles in more than two decades -- citing high demand.
The Rams had planned to use about 80,000 of the Coliseum's 91,000 seats for their two home exhibition games and seven regular season games this season, a Rams executive told the Los Angeles Times. About 70,000 of those seats were sold as season tickets.
But it appears the team will go beyond the 80,000 cap for Saturday's game and also a subsequent game against the Seahawks, The Times reported.
Saturday's exhibition which will be the first NFL game in Los Angeles since 1994.
Rams Executive Vice President Kevin Demoff confirmed the expanded seat sales on Twitter Wednesday.

Most of the seats for Saturday's game will cost $40-$65 range, the Times reported.
