Rain Snarls Morning Commute On Several Freeways
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The first of three storms expected to hit Southern California this week caused several motorists to lose control of their vehicles Thursday, which created a traffic nightmare.
CBS2's Stephanie Simmons said the following areas are facing tie-ups:
