Raging Waters San Dimas To Stay Open This Weekend Amid Heat Wave

SAN DIMAS (CBSLA.com) — With the summer heat continuing into the fall, the folks over at Raging Waters San Dimas are offering Southland residents solace by keeping the park open an extra weekend.

Park officials said it's the first time Raging Waters will be open in October.

It will be the only water park operating this weekend in Southern California.

The lines to get in will likely be long as temperatures are expected to creep past 100 degrees in some areas.

The park will be open Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased at $24.99 at RagingWaters.com. Visitors can get in for free and save $10 if they purchase a 2015 season pass to the park.

Park officials say it's California's largest water park.
