Pursuit Of Drunk Driving Suspect Ends With Police Using Stun Gun

ALHAMBRA (CBSLA.com) Police chased a drunk driving suspect in a pickup truck through Alhambra Wednesday afternoon.

At the conclusion of the pursuit, police said the man refused to comply with instructions and they used a stun gun on the man.

The chase ended in the 400 block of South McPherrin Drive after the suspect pulled into a driveway.

Police said the man refused their directions and also taunted them.

After using the stun gun, the suspect fell and was taken into custody without further incident.

Authorities said no one else was hurt.
