Uber To Deliver Puppies On Demand

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — If Hump Day happens to hit harder than usual, Uber is ready with adoptable puppies delivered right to the office.

Uber is teaming up with Wags & Walks and spcaLA for the #UberPuppyBowl Wednesday in advance of this weekend's Puppy Bowl XII.

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., users can request the "PUPPIES" option in the app to have a puppy squad and their coaches visit for a 15-minute "cuddle huddle." Users will be charged $30 for the service.

Looking to draft a player? In most cities, the puppies will be eligible for adoption, according to Uber. During last year's #UberPuppyBowl, more than 70 puppies were adopted.

The service will also be available on-demand in Orange County, the Bay Area, Chicago, New York, Denver, Phoenix and Washington D.C.
