Police Warn Of Skimming Device Found On Bank Of America ATM In Beverly Hills

BEVERLY HILLS (CBSLA.com) — Detectives Thursday warned the public of a skimming device that was placed above an ATM keypad in Beverly Hills.

An unknown suspect attached the device, along with a miniature camera, above the ATM's keypad to capture banking information, according to the Beverly Hills Police Department.

Detectives explained the suspect has targeted the Bank of America, located at 9454 Wilshire Boulevard, on several occasions since March 31.

Authorities advised that the debit card and pin number information of those who frequent this bank may have been compromised.

Any unauthorized activity on your account should be alerted to Bank of America.
