HUNTINGTON BEACH (CBSLA.com) — Police sought the public's help Tuesday to identify a man who burglarized two businesses in Huntington Beach.

Around 11:45 p.m. on March 3, two offices inside a building that is located in the 21000 block of Brookhurst Street were broken into, according to the Huntington Beach Police Department.

Security cameras captured a suspect walking up to the building on video.

Detectives described the suspect as a Caucasian or Hispanic man who has a thin build and wore a light colored long sleeve shirt with jeans.

Authorities believe he is between 25 and 30-years-old, and stands 5-foot-10 tall.

According to police, a four door black sedan was also captured on video, prior to the suspect walking up to the building.

A preliminary investigation revealed the doors to the two businesses were pried open, and the suspect fled with cash and gift cards.
