Missing 13-Year Old West Covina Girl Walks Into Police Station Safe, Sound

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Police said a missing 13-year-old girl walked into a West Covina police department Sunday evening safe and sound.

Police had asked the public to help them locate missing Natalie Ilene Alvarado.

She was last seen in her home on the 2700 block of South Azusa Avenue at 11 a.m. on Sunday, West Covina Police said.

Her family was concerned for her welfare because they said she needed medication for an undisclosed condition.

Officials did not offer any other details about her disappearance and did not disclose if she knew people were looking for her.
