Police Helicopter Lands On H.S. Baseball Field In Calabasas

CALABASAS (CBSLA.com) — A police helicopter made an emergency landing as a precaution Monday after a warning light came on, authorities said.

The Los Angeles Police Department chopper safely landed on the baseball field of Calabasas High School before 3 p.m. after the pilot received an indicator light, according to Sky 9's Stu Mundel.

No one was injured in the helicopter nor on the ground.

The crew was waiting for mechanics to arrive on scene, Mundel reported.
