Police Chase Stolen Car Suspect In Granada Hills

GRANADA HILLS (CBSLA.com) —  Police chased a stolen car suspect in Grenada Hills Sunday evening.

The chase began around 4:45 p.m.

He gave himself up outside the Devonshire Police Station in Northridge.

During the brief chase, police attempted a PIT maneuver with the suspect being able to spin out and start up again.

He also blew through several stop signs and mostly stayed on residential streets.

At the conclusion of the pursuit, least 10 patrol officers got out of their vehicles with guns drawn. The suspect got on the ground with his hands over his head.

The unidentified suspect was taken into custody without incident.
