All Lanes Of 101 Freeway Reopen In Downtown LA

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Police activity temporarily closed a portion of a busy thoroughfare in downtown Los Angeles during rush-hour traffic.

The closure had impacted the southbound lanes of the 101 Freeway at Broadway, as well as the on- and off-ramps.

The California Highway Patrol diverted traffic to the southbound 110 Freeway, but as of 5:50 p.m., all lanes were back open.

The closure has caused traffic to be backed up. For updates, listen to KNX 1070 Newsradio and visit cbsla.com/traffic.
