Playboy Playmate Under Fire For Posting Snapchat Of Nude Woman In Locker Room
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Playboy's 2015 Playmate of the Year could face criminal charges for taking a picture of a nude woman in a locker room and body shaming her with a post on Snapchat.
Dani Mathers, 29, apparently posted the picture of the nude woman – taken through a glass door from what appears to be a sauna – plus a photo of herself evidently trying not to laugh, with the caption, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either." It has since been deleted, along with her Twitter and Instagram accounts.
There was an immediate backlash on Twitter.
It's people like #DaniMathers who make overweight people anxious about going to the gym and using locker rooms!

An ugly heart can't be unseen either, @danimathers (#danimathers)

The awful part about #danimathers? That woman isn't even fat. She's likely "average" sized.

Mathers later posted a video apology to Snapchat, claiming the offending post was an accident.
The gym, LA Fitness, reported the incident to the LAPD after confirming Mathers is a member, according to TMZ.
Her behavior is appalling & puts members @ risk. We ended membership & she can't use any club. It's not just our rule, it's common decency.

LA Fitness says Mathers is banned from all of its gyms.
