Man, 91, Fatally Struck In Crosswalk In Santa Ana
SANTA ANA (CBSLA.com) — A pedestrian was fatally struck while walking across the street in Orange County Monday morning.
The 91-year-old man was hit by a vehicle around 5:45 a.m. in the 400 block of East Hobart Street in Santa Ana, police said.
He was transported to a local hospital where was pronounced dead around 6:30 a.m.
The driver immediately pulled over after the incident and was interviewed by police. No arrest will be made.
The incident was under investigation.
