Pasadena Resident Shot After Allegedly Confronting Home Invasion Robbery Suspects

PASADENA (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say one person was shot after he allegedly confronted several home invasion robbery suspects in Pasadena.

The incident in the 600 block of East Union Street was reported to police about 10:08 p.m. Saturday.

Police said preliminary information had revealed that the victim had confronted the suspects -- described as an Asian female and four Latino men – and was shot.

The victim was taken to an area hospital where he was listed in stable condition.

No weapon was recovered at the scene.

Three other people, who were inside the apartment at the time, were uninjured.

Police said it's unclear what was taken, if anything.

The suspects were outstanding.
