Pasadena Police Safely Locate Missing 'At Risk' Woman

PASADENA (CBSLA.com)  —   The Padadena Police Department safely located a missing "at risk" woman on Sunday.

Ann Hampton, 78, suffers from dementia and Alzheimer's, authorities said.

Hampton was last seen about 4:30 p.m. Saturday, and was reunited with her family around 9:00 a.m. Sunday.

She reportedly walked away from festivities at Robinson Park in Pasadena (1081 N. Fair Oaks Avenue.)

The missing woman is black, about 5 feet 9 inches and 180 pounds. She has gray hair and a medium complexion. When last seen, Hampton was wearing a gray sweater with a blue bow, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.

She is familiar with the public transportation system.
