Paris Hilton's Brother Conrad Charged With Disrupting Flight

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Los Angeles federal prosecutors have filed charges against Paris Hilton's brother Conrad for allegedly disrupting a flight from London.

Conrad Hilton was due in court Tuesday afternoon to face allegations that he assaulted and threatened a British Airways flight crew on July 31.

An FBI agent says in papers that Hilton threatened to kill and bury flight attendants and his behavior was so disruptive that children were crying.

The documents allege that Hilton was in a rage most of the 10-hour flight and that he was angry over the breakup with a girlfriend and wanted to smoke marijuana.

Flight attendants told investigators Hilton was hurling profanities throughout the flight and said he had been banned from other airlines.

Hilton allegedly told FBI agents he had taken a sleeping pill.
