Unoccupied Panga Boat Found Ashore In Malibu Area; Investigation Underway

MALIBU (CBSLA) — An unoccupied panga boat was found ashore in the Malibu area Monday.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department received reports of the boat around 8:43 a.m. near the 23200 block of Pacific Coast Highway.

Authorities were looking for any possible occupants of the boat and investigating an unconfirmed report that a body may have been found nearby.
