Palm Springs Home That Appeared In James Bond Film Goes On Sale

PALM SPRINGS (CBSLA.com) — A Southern California landmark located in Palm Springs is up for sale.

And architecture fans will recognize it.

The 8,900-square-foot property known as the Elrod house was designed by John Lautner.

It has retractable glass walls and overlooks the Coachella Valley.

The asking price of the home -- which appeared in the James Bond film "Diamonds Are Forever" -- is $10.5 million.
