Pair Wolf Creek Brewery Beers With Good Summer Treats

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Co-founder Laina McFarren and Head Chef Martin De La Cruz from Wolf Creek Brewery stopped by KCAL9 Tuesday share some of their top brews paired with some good summer treats.

De La Cruz made their signature Southwest Chicken Salad paired with Golden Eagle Ale and Desperado IPA as well as their famous Chocolate Cake paired with Midnight Howl Inda Black Ale and Howling Hefeweizen.

Wolf Creek Brewery will be holding LA Brewers Beer Week Kick-Off festival on Sept. 20. Tickets go on sale Aug. 12 here.
