Pacoima grass fire affects 210 Freeway and Van Nuys Blvd.

Fire crews worked to fight a 3-acre grass fire in Pacoima that affected traffic in the area around 1 p.m. Wednesday.

All lanes on the Northbound 210 Freeway and part of Van Nuys Boulevard were closed as Los Angeles Fire Department crews worked to contain the fire on the ground and in the air with a series of coordinated water drops.

The point of origin was said to be "suspicious."
