One Dead After Vehicle Crashes Into Back Of Big Rig

IRWINDALE (CBSLA) - At least one person is dead after a vehicle crashed into the rear of a semi-truck on Sunday evening in the Irwindale area.
The vehicle was lodged under the rear of the big rig, on the right side, and sustained severe damage. The collision occurred on the Southbound 605 Freeway, and was closed to all traffic as emergency crews remained on scene.
Authorities reported that the driver of the vehicle was dead upon their arrival.
